Meet the Executive Team

Jennifer Eig, Founder and CEO

Jennifer has more than 25 years of recruiting experience in the accounting and financial services industry. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge that enable her to help clients find the right candidate and place their open positions quickly and efficiently. Over time she has placed more than 1,000 positions for her clients. Jennifer graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelors degree in Communications and a minor in Business Management and she also holds an MBA from Baruch College specializing in Human Resource Management.

Emily Keltz, Vice President of Recruiting Strategy

Emily oversees the recruitment of candidates to ensure clients build their teams with the right people to drive lasting success. She manages all aspects of recruiting for Addition Management including researching the right candidates for interviews, background screening, and final candidate negotiations. Emily graduated from Philadelphia University with a degree in Finance and has more than 20 years of experience in sales, client services, and recruiting.

Stacy Klemas, Senior Recruiting Executive and Talent Manager

Stacy joined Addition Management in 2017 as an Executive Recruiter. With a primary focus in building relationships and collaborating with clients, she has successfully placed many prominent candidates in new positions at great organizations. She has an established background in finance, account management and specializes in helping candidates find roles within the Accounting, Finance and Human Resource industries. Stacy has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Monmouth University, Long Branch.

Karen Saidman, Senior Talent Manager & Executive Recruiter

Karen joined the Addition Management team as an Executive Recruiter in 2020, and soon after began working on Talent Management for the company. She has close to 20 years of client relations experience in a number of different industries, most recently, marketing. Her natural ability to put people at ease along with her excellent judgment of character are qualities she uses to help her clients find the best possible candidates for their open positions.
